Tea Type, Yellow Tea

Some consider Green Tea to be a shortcut to producing Yellow Tea. Yellow teas, while similar to many green teas are thought to be slightly less harsh and more mellow than green teas. This results from an extra step in the processing of the tea leaves where they are wrapped in special paper for a period of time during the processing.
